		GP CELLULOSE IS GROWING We are pleased to announce that we have completed the acquisition of the Alabama River and Alabama Pine pulp mills in Perdue Hill, Ala. This strategic investment complements our existing business and will add long-term value for our business, our customers and the communities where we operate. GP Cellulose will operate the pulp facilities as a single Alabama River Cellulose mill and continue to run both production lines manufacturing hardwood and softwood pulps. The fluff conversion project currently underway will continue. The Alabama River mill will be integrated into the current operations, which include the Brunswick Cellulose mill in Georgia and the Leaf River mill in Mississippi.
